Etiquette is Life Philosophy

Introduction
• Etiquette is not only table manners or attire
• Etiquette is not only office Etiquette & Protocol
• Etiquette is attitude and behavior
• Etiquette is life style and concept of living
• Etiquette is how to add life to years not years to life
• Etiquette is the difference between endless hope and hopeless end
• Etiquette is distinguishing to Do “Right Thing” or to Do “Thing Right”

Q1: Define me “Life”
A1: Life is:

• Life consists not in holding good cards, but in playing those you do hold well
• Life is like a ball, it is round, and the place which may seem like the end, may also be only the beginning
• Life is like a Ladder, that cannot be climbed with your hands in your pockets
• Life is something to do, something to love, and something to hope for
• To survive, so you can give without loving, but to live, is where you can never love without giving

Q2- How to live life with inner peace?
A2- Inner Peace is achieved in thirty steps:
1. Make self control, not scattering your energies, but holding them in check and directing them usefully
2. Give full, interested attention to everything you do
3. Live fully in the moment, releasing past and future into the cycles of eternity
4. Work on achieving inner relaxation (physically, emotionally, mentally, then spiritually
5. Practice on non-attachment theory; being ever conscious that nothing and no one truly belongs to you
6. Exercise being contentment; consciously holding happy thoughts
7. Create desire-less-ness; realizing that happiness is within you, not in outward things or circumstances
8. Accept things as they are, and then, if necessary, acting calmly and cheerfully to improve them
9. Realize that you cannot change the world, but you can change your self
10. Cultivate harmonious friendships, and shunning the company of peace less people
11. Project peace outward into your environment
12. Live simple life, reduce your definition of “necessities”
13. Design a healthy life; exercising regularly, eating properly, breathing deeply
14. Keep clear conscience; remaining true to your highest ideals
15. Act in freedom from your inner center, and not in bondage to the world’s demands
16. Accept truth in all circumstances, as your guide
17. Stop coveting what others have, but knowing that what is yours by right will find its way to you
18. Never complain, but acknowledge that what life gives you depends on what you give, first, of yourself
19. Accept the responsibility for your failures, and realize that only you can turn them into successes
20. Find peace in self-conquest, not in the mere cessation of hostilities
21. Practice willingness, even though your mental habits urge you to cry, “No!”
22. Smile in your heart, even when others scowl
23. Give joy, rather than demanding joy of others
24. Include Others’ well-being in your own
25. Be harmless, never deliberately hurt any one
26. Practice to work with others and never against them
27. Meditate and tape the well springs of soul-peace
28. Raise your consciousness, direct energy to the brain, then center it at the seat of higher awareness between the eyebrows
29. Have self acceptance; not blinding yourself to your faults, nor hating yourself for them, but claiming your higher reality in Infinite Light
30. Love God and strive to be worthy of His Love for you.

INNER PEACE IS LOVING OTHERS IMPARTIALLY, WITHOUT SELFISH MOTIVE

Q3-What is “Happiness”?
A3- Happiness is good. The place to be happy is here. The time to be happy is now. The way to be happy is to help make others happy.

Happiness can be caught, sought or thought, but never bought; the best way to keep happiness is to share it.

Happiness is not created by what happens to us, but by our attitudes toward each happening.

It is not our position but our disposition which makes us happy

Happiness is to set your eyes on the stars, yet keep your feet on the ground

Anywhere is paradise, it is up to you

Happiness; is “Two Little Words, that make the difference-START NOW

Happiness is: that old ABC…. Ability, Brawn and Courage

Happiness is when you handle your self, use your head, but when you handle others, use your heart

Happiness is like your eyes, are placed in font because it is more important to look ahead than back

Happiness, is when you fall in the mud puddle, check your pockets for fish

Happiness sneaks through a door you did not know you left open.
